Use
In this activity, you define the mapping of "mime types" to element types.
If you want to upload a file from a WebDAV client (such as MS webfolders), you need to map the file name extension to a "mime type" and then map a "mime type" to an element type. This tells the WebDAV server which element type (which document model) the file should be stored in.
File name extension / "mime type" mapping is defined in table SDOKMIME.
Mapping of a single "mime type" to one or more element types is defined here.
In the WebDAV upload scenario, the number of suitable element types for a given "mime type" is determined to begin with. These element types are then compared with the element types available for the chosen folder (such as the record folder). If required, the entry with the highest priority (lowest number) is then chosen from these element types.
