Use
This IMG activity is only relevant, if you store documents using WebDAV. In this activity you can determine for each element type the attributes the documents are to manage.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP provides default entries for the default element type SGDMA_SRM_WEBDAV_DOC04. If you do not maintain this IMG activity the attributes of this element type are used.
Activities
Enter the following data:
- Element type ID
Element type of service provider SGDMA_GSP_WEBDAV in area S_AREA_GDMA. (Element types of GDMA service providers are called Document Provider Space. Enter this Document Provider Space as the value for the connection parameter DOC_PROCIDER_SPACE of an element type of the generic service provider in area S_AREA_RMS).
- Attribute ID
Unique name of the attribute, which you are free to choose.
- SprISO
Language, in which the attribute is managed.
- Whole document
Does the value of the attribute apply to the whole document (LOIO) or for document versions (PHIOs) only?
- Mandatory
The user must enter a value for this attribute.
- Multiple:
The attribute has mutliple values.
- Maintainable
The user can enter and change attribute values.
- Maintainable once only
The attribute value can only be entered once in the maintenance dialog.
- Input help
The attribute value can only be entered using F4 help.
- Visible
The attribute is displayed in the maintenance dialog.
- Table name
The name of table or structure. An entry in the table or field name is useful if the input help, input and output conversion routine of the DDIC type, is to be used in the maintenance and search dialogs.
- Field name
The name of a field of the table/structure that you have entered in TABLE_NAME (see below). The entry is only useful if you have entered a table name.
- Paper document
- Inherited
Only the values of maintainable attributes are copied after changes to contents have been saved. If the values of certain non-maintainable attributes are also to be kept after saving the content changes, you can enter the value "X" in the property for these attributes.
- Short text
This is the attribute name displayed in the dialog box.
