Use
In this activity, you define a function profile with which you can define which functions are visible for which user in the record, and can create a description, quick info and icon. The function profile is assigned to a record element type and to one or more user roles.
The function profile is currently only available in the Web Dynpro user interface.
Requirements
Standard settings
A default function profile called 'DEFAULT' is delivered. You can use this as a template to create your own function profiles.
Activities
- Define the toolbar functions for the record container (functions that refer to the whole record, such as 'Close Record'):
- Define the toolbar functions for the record elements (such as 'Copy')
- Assign the function profile to a role. If you want the function profile to be valid for all roles, enter '*'.
- In the registry, assign the function profile to the required record element type(s).
