Use
In this IMG activity, you can configure the default view that is displayed in the Role-Based View group box in the Records Organizer.
Note: The settings you make in this activity apply only to users for whom no role-based view has been set up. Where a role-based view has been set up, the users see the role-based view, not the default setting, in the Role-Based View group box.
You can determine whichtypes are displayed and in which sequence. The types are represented by yellow folders. In the hierarchy, the assigned element types are listed under the relevant type.

Standard settings
SAP provides a default sequence.
Activities
The left column of the table displays the technical name of the types. In the column on the right, you can enter numbers to determine the sequence. The numbers have the following meaning:
- 0: Type is not shown (Note: 0 is represented as a space in the maintenance view)
- Positive number: Ascending order
- Types that do not have an entry maintained are automatically sorted below those with numbers; the system uses 9999 for the position.
