In this customizing activity you define a key for your Records Management System (RMS) IDs that you want to use for Enterprise Content Management.

The key is taken as short ID in the ECM database tables for performance reasons.

Create a alphanumeric two-digit key for each of your RMS-IDs.

Note: Do not change a once defined key that is in usage. Otherwise, the whole data base table for ECM integration would be invalidated and needs to be initialized again.
