Use

In this Customizing activity, you use the report program Social Consent Management Report (SMI_APPLY_CONSENT_MGNT_02) to process social posts with consent type as Social Data Processor Decision (1) and Consent Required (2).

Requirements

  • You must configure the settings in Customizing under Social Intelligence -> Social Consent Management.
  • A variant should be created for the report program Social Consent Management Report (SMI_APPLY_CONSENT_MGNT_02). To create a variant proceed as follows:

  1. Execute transaction SA38.
  2. Enter the name of the report (SMI_APPLY_CONSENT_MGNT_02) in the Program field.
  3. Navigate to Goto->Variants.
  4. Enter the name of the variant in the Variant field.
  5. Choose Create.
  6. Choose Attributes.
  7. Enter Description.
  8. Choose Save.

    Note: The Test Mode fields should be empty.

  9. Choose Save.

Standard settings

Activities

To manage consent in regular intervals, proceed as follows:

1. Enter the Job Name.

2. Enter the Job Class.

3. Choose Start Condition. The Start Time window appears.

4. Maintain the start time.

5. Select the Periodic Job checkbox.

6. Choose Period Values. The Period Values window appears.

7. Select the Period. The period can be hourly, daily, and so on. The higher execution frequency is preferred.

8. Choose Check and Save on the Period Value window.

9. Choose Check and Save on the Start Time window.

10. Choose Step. The Create Step window appears.

11. Enter SMII_APPLY_CONSENT_MGNT_02 as the ABAP report name.

12. Enter the variant.

13. Choose Check and Save.

14. Choose Save.
