Use

This BAdI is used to provide the explicit consents for all social media posts belonging to a particular combination of social media user and social media channel. For example, there are 10 posts of which 6 posts are covered under explicit consent with the combination of social media channel and social media user. All posts belonging to the combination of specified social media user and social media channel are returned with their expiration time.

The further action on posts for which explicit consent is received is handled in the report. For more information see,

Social Consent Management Report (SMI_APPLY_CONSENT_MGNT_02).

You can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) method GET_EXPLICIT_CONSENTS to provide the explicit consents for all social media posts belonging to a particular combination of social media user and social media channel, if available.

The method GET_EXPLICIT_CONSENTS has the importing parameter IT_SOCIALDATA of the type SMI_T_SOCIALDATA. This parameter will have the social data posts which need explicit consent. The method logic should process the social media posts and return the consents via exporting parameter ET_EXPLICIT_CONSENTS.

All consents returned by this exporting parameter have the following information: social media channel, social media user, and expiration time.
