Use

Maintain the standard message body text that will appear on every mail for Process Administrators and Personnel Administrators . This mail informs the responsible administrator that there are new work items to be processed.

Requirements

You must have maintained the values for the constants MAILE (for Process Administrators) and MNAME (for Personnel Administrators) (as indicated in the previous IMG step).

Standard settings

Activities

  1. For each constant MAILE and MNAME, enter in the Text Name field, enter the exact text value that was defined for the constant in the Value field (from the previous step).
  2. Choose Create.
  3. Enter the respective long text that will appear on every mail.
  4. Save your entry.
