Workflow template: Changeable version of an order item
Events
The events Changeable version created and Changeable version changed are handled in the same way except for the task short text.
The event Changeable version deleted is not evaluated and is available for enhancements. This event means that no changeable version exists for the order item. It can refer to either the deletion of a version or the transfer of data from the version to the item.
Procedure
If a changeable version is created or changed, the responsible user receives a work item and is requested to check the planned change to the order. The user can then use the change transaction for the order item and can compare the data in the item with the data in the version. If necessary, the version data can be transferred to the item. The user can also make the settings 'Version checked - OK' or 'Version checked - not OK'.
The processor of the work item is the mail recipient of the MRP controller as assigned in the MRP controller maintenance screen for the combination of material and plant for the order item. If no user can be determined, the work item is sent to the user who created or changed the version.

Steps in Workflow Customizing for the MILL_SD component
- If you are using the SAP workflow template, you need to be able to freely assign agents to workflow steps. Assign the attribute general task to the following tasks:
- Check/release order change (change)
- Check/release order change (create)
- Changeable version of an order item
- Activate the triggering events for the workflow Changeable version of an order item. In the SAP workflow template only the following events must be activated:
- copy_item version changed
- copy_item version created
