In order to run Plan Data Handling it is necessary to define a profile for plan data handling in which details of the plan are specified.
Activities
In the IMG you must specify a name for the profile and a description.
You must specify a source and a target for the data. You may specify one or two sources.
If two sources are specified, then you could specify that the values from the two sources be added or that the values of source 2 be subtracted from the values of source 1. For the source or target you can specify either plan values or actual values.
If plan values are to be used, you may either specify a CO-version which should be used, or you may set a flag to specify the CO-version at execution.
Additional flags that can be set are to use purchase requisition commitments and purchase order commitments, to reevaluate internal activities, and to recalculate overhead surcharges.
