For communication between ERP Systems for decentralized shipping, you have to set up the respective output. To do this, proceed as follows:

  • Define the access sequence and the output type
  • Include the output type in the output determination procedure
  • Assign the output determination procedure to the delivery type

Default settings

The corresponding definitions have already been made in the standard SAP R/3 System:

  • Access sequence "0001" (delivery type) with access to condition table "009" (delivery type)
  • Output type "LRUE" with access sequence "0001" (decentralized confirmation)
  • Output determination procedure "V20000" ("decentralized shipping output") with the following output categories:
    • delivery note (output type LD00)
    • mail (output type MAIL)
    • decentralized confirmation (output type LRUE)
  • Assignment of the output determination procedure "V20000" to delivery type "LD" for decentralized deliveries.

Notes

  • For output type LRUE you must select the Condition access und Partner independent output indicators. You enter 8 as the transmission medium

    "Maintain output types"

  • Vendor-indipendent condition records must be maintained for output type LRUE.
  • You must create display variant SD_LRUE.

    Select Tools --> ABAP/4 Workbench --> ABAP/4 Editor.

    Enter program RSNAST00 and select Variants.

    Falls the variant SD_LRUE does not exist already, create it with output application V2, output type LRUE and transmission medium 8.
