Use

In this IMG activity you define the performer roles and assign tasks to them. When tasks occur in claims processing, they can then be assigned to performers in the relevant role.

Requirements

Only tasks that have already been defined in IMG activity Configure Tasks, Log Entries and Activities can be assigned.

Note: Each task can be assigned to exactly one role. This assignment of tasks to roles can also take place at a later point in time.

Standard settings

Activities

Define the required roles by entering an ID and a name for the role. Mark such a role, choose Assignment Task -> Role and assign one or more tasks to the role.
