Use

In this IMG activity, you define the spool parameters for the printing of VAS template instructions.

Template instructions to be printed are always printed within the SAP system using the Spool function. For each printout, the following data needs to be passed on to the Spool file:

  • Default number of copies to be printed (if not entered when creating the relevant activity)
  • Dataset name of the printout within the Spool system
  • Whether the output is to be printed immediately or held in the spool
  • Whether a spool job is to be deleted immediately after printing or is to remain in the spool file
  • Whether the current spool request is to be added to an existing request with the same properties, or if a new spool request is to be created
