You can use the standard report tree ISOU as a model for creating your own report tree. You may also create your own report tree from scratch. Of course, changes made at the configuration level will affect all users of JVA on your system.

Activities
To create a new report tree, on the Set Reporting Tree: Initial sceen type the name of the new tree in the Tree name field and select Create Tree. Your report tree name must begin with the letter X, Y, or Z.
Creating the new report tree will display the Report Selection IS-OIL Upstream (JVA) screen, on which you can proceed to create nodes as the next level of the hierarchy of reports. To create a node or name for a set of related reports, select the new report tree name and then select Node > Create. This will display the Create Node pop-up screen on which you can enter the name of the new node.
When you have set up the new reporting tree and assigned nodes or titles for lists of reports to it, you must save the report along with its nodes before proceeding to the next step of assigning actual reports to the nodes and the report tree.
To assign actual reports to the nodes and the report tree, select a node on the Report Selection IS-OIL Upstream (JVA) screen and select Generate list. This will display the Change Nodes pop-up screen, on which you should select Create to assign a report to the node. Selecting Create on the Change Nodes pop-up screen will display the Add Report Writer Report pop-up screen, on which you can enter the code for the report group that you want to assign to the node.
On default, only report groups belonging to the report writer type will be available for assignment to the node, but you can select the following alternative types of reports by selecting Other report types on the Add Report Writer Report pop-up screen:

To change the report type, double click on the report type you want to select. This will display a pop-up screen for the selected report type. From here, you can use the pick list to select the item you want to select.
For example, to select Joint Venture Accounting master data (e.g., joint operating agreement or joint venture information), you should select TR from the Other report types list. All the Joint Venture Accounting transactions begin with a GJ, so you can list them with this selection.
