Carry out the following steps:

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter a key for the context.
  3. Enter a language-dependent description for the context (logon language).
  4. Decide whether the following processes are to be carried out:
  5. If you want to enter additional data when starting the distribution of additional enterprise-specific data which is to be printed on the cover page of the distribution order, enter the following data:
    • Class type 170
    • Classes that contain the desired characteristics

Further notes

  • Assign the context to an event (process step Assign Context to an Event).
  • For PLM product data distribution, SAP recommends that you enter the context * and set the indicator to Distribute Immediately.
