Maintain appointment types for the appointment calendar

Users can choose appointment types from the possible entries help. You can define which appointment types the possible entries help offers. You can also assign a function module to an appointment type which is called when appointments of this type are called.

Activities

  1. Adjust the list of delivered appointment types to the requirements of your company. You can create new appointment types and delete existing ones, or change them by, for example, assigning a function module to them.
  2. Save.

    To create new appointment types:

    1. Choose New entries.
    2. Enter a technical name in the customer namespace.
    3. Enter the name with which this appointment type is to be displayed in the appointment calendar.
    4. Specify whether a title must be specified to create appointments of this type.
    5. Specify whether SAP interface or Internet application component functions are to be locked.
    6. Save.
