Use

In this IMG activity you define exception profiles for Project-Oriented Procurement (ProMan).

You define which rules are used for the exceptions in the overviews (documents, dates, quantities, schedule lines, confirmations, and purchase order history). In addition, you define the conditions for the traffic light colors in the different overviews, by creating your own rules.

Activities

Create a new exception profile:

  1. In the overview screen choose Add new entries.
  2. Enter a name and a description for the exception profile.
  3. Assign each overview an existing exception or create new exceptions for the overviews (see below).
  4. Save the profile.

To create new exceptions for the overviews, proceed as follows:

  1. Double-click the required exception overview on the left-hand side of the screen.

    A list of available exceptions for this overview appears.

  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter a name and a description for the exception.
  4. Enter an existing rule for the red and the yellow traffic light or create a new rule.
    5. To do this choose Edit rule.
  5. Save the exception.
