Requirements
Standard settings
You can assign any icon to any document type. The following are examples of the types of documents to which you can assign icons.
Equipment (EQU)
Bill of Material (BOM)
Vendor (VEN)
Material (MAT)
Recommendation
Activities
1. In the first column of the table, enter the document type you want to maintain.
2. In the second column of the table, enter the icon you want the SAP system to display for that document type.
3. In the third column of the table, enter the icon you want ActiveX to display for that document type.
4. Save your work.
Further notes
If you do not maintain this activity, the system will use the standard icons.
