Use
The Travel Expenses application enables you to assign certain attributes to enterprise-specific trip types. In this IMG activity you define the permissible attributes based on the trip provision variant and the enterprise-specific trip type.
Requirements
In the IMG activity Define Trip Provision Variant, you must have defined the trip provision variant for which you want to define enterprise-specific trip types.
In the IMG activity Define Enterprise-Specific Trip Types, you must then define the enterprise-specific trip type to which you want to assign attributes.
Standard settings
Activities
- In the Trip Provision Variant field, enter the trip provision variant for which you want to define the attributes of an enterprise-specific trip type.
- Choose an enterprise-specific trip type.
- Specify an attribute for the enterprise-specific trip type by selecting an entry.
- Save your settings.
