You use feature TRVFO to assign three form variants (standard report, weekly report, and summarized form 1) to an organizational grouping.
As organizational assignment criteria, the following fields are available:
- BUKRS Company code
- WERKS Personnel area
- BTRTL Personnel sub area
- PERSG Employee group
- PERSK Employee subgroup
- PTZUO Employee grouping - Travel Management
- MOLGA Country grouping
- TRVUG User group 'TRV' for Travel Management
The decisive value of the feature is made up of the assignment of a form type (standard form, weekly report or summarized form 1 ) and the corresponding form variant.
