Use
Perform this activity only if you use Austrian expense reports for private enterprise or the public sector.
In this activity, you specify which combinations of vehicle type and vehicle class are used to accumulate reimbursement amounts for miles/kilometers allowances.
To ensure that you meet the statutory requirements of Austrian travel expense law, you need to create an entry for each combination of vehicle type and vehicle class that you use.
If you do not create any entries, the system does not accumulate the amounts.

Requirements
You have defined the upper limit for tax-exempt reimbursement of miles/kilometers allowances using the travel expense constant BTRGS - see Check Travel Expense Constants.
