If you decide that you want to choose the cumulation procedure depending on vehicle type and vehicle class for a certain trip provision variant, you can assign a cumulation procedure for each combination of vehicle type and vehicle class.
You have to assign a cumulation procedure for all possible combinations of vehicle type and class. For each combination that is missing, the system assigns the cumulation procedure 'no cumulation'.
In this IMG activity, you define the assignment between cumulation procedure and vehicle type and class for each trip provision variant. The assignment is time-dependent.
Requirements
You have to already have checked to see that the cumulation procedure is dependent on vehicle type and class for this trip provision variant.
Note
If this is not the case, you can either change the general cumulation procedure that you have defined for this trip provision variant or you do not need to perform this IMG activity.
You have to already have defined the vehicle types and vehicle classes for the trip provision variant.
Recommendation
When you create new entries, you should choose the date 12.31.9999 as the end validity date in order to prevent problems later.
Activities
You can use this IMG activity to delimit existing entries or to create new entries.
To delimit existing entries, proceed as follows:
- Choose the relevant trip provision variant.
- Choose the relevant assignment.
- Assign a new validity period by changing the beginning date.
- Assign the relevant cumulation procedure.
- Save the change.
If you want to create a new entry,/>
- Choose the relevant trip provision variant.
- Choose 'Edit -> New entries'.
- Enter a permissible combination of vehicle type and class.
- Define a validity period.
- Assign the relevant cumulation procedure.
- Save the new entry.
