Different control parameters apply for accommodations per diems. The following parameters, which you defined in master data, can also be used for accommodations per diems:

  • Trip type - statutory
  • Trip activity type
  • Reimbursement group meals/accommodations - statutory
  • Reimbursement group meals/accommodations - enterprise-specific

Theoretically, you have to define an accommodations per diem for Travel Accounting for each possible combination of the values of these parameters. You can, however, specify for each trip provision variant whether and how these parameters influence Travel Accounting.

Activities

  1. Choose the relevant trip provision variant.
  2. Check the setting for the control parameter Trip type - statutory, and change it, if you wish.
  3. Check the setting for the control parameter Trip activity type and change it, if you wish.
  4. Check the setting for the control parameter Reimbursement group meals/accommodations - statutory and change it, if you wish.
  5. Check the setting for the control parameter Reimbursement group meals/accommodations - enterprise-specific and change it, if you wish.
  6. Save your changes.
