Use In this IMG activity you define whether the traveler can edit their time sheets (CATS for service providers - Transaction CATSXT) in the Travel Manager (Transaction TRIP) and/or the Travel Expenses Manager (PR05). The following values are possible: 0 = Time sheets cannot be edited using the travel transactions 1 =Time sheets can be edited using the travel transactions An additional icon for editing time sheets is displayed in transaction PR05. If no time sheets exist for the trip duration, the short text from the trip, the trip duration and the first available cost assignment will be entered in the time sheet as default values. If you copy a trip and then go to the time sheet functin, the system attempts to find times entered for the old (copied) trip duration. If times are found the user is prompted to copy these times into the new trip.
