You use the block attributes to specify whether the following blocks are
displayed on the standard form:

  • Cost assignment
  • Additional trip information
  • Additional information for individual receipts
  • Free text (can also be displayed on the summarized form).

In addition to this you can specify special sorting of receipts and display of subtotals according to trip expense categories for the individual statement block.

In this IMG activity, you define the special characteristics for form blocks.

Standard settings

In the standard form variant only the block for free text is suppressed.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Choose the trip provision variant for which the form block attributes are to be defined.
  2. Specify the form variant and the form block for which attributes are to be defined.
  3. Activate block suppressed , if the chosen block is to be suppressed.
  4. For the Individual statement block, enter the relevant sort key.
  5. If subtotals for the form block Individual statement are wanted, activate the relevant expense categories.
