Use
In this IMG activity you specify whether the system should check if time sheet information (CATS) exists for duration of the trip when changes are made to the trip using the Travel Expenses Manager (PR05).
The following values are possible:
0 = No check/selection of CATS information takes place
1 = Check/Selection of CATS information takes place
When a trip is changes, the system will check if time sheet information exists for any period within the trip duration.
If time sheet information does exist, it will be displayed alongside the trip information and can also be approved.
This is a special function for administrators to allow simultaneous approval of trips and time sheet information. For more information about this topic, see the approcal tool for time sheets and trips.
This founction is not supported in split systems: Trip and CATS information must be stored and processed in the same system.
Time sheet information is only displayed if the employee has authorization to approve CATS information for the corresponding personnel number, and when this personnel number is not their own number.
This function can be deactivated on a user by user basis by setting the parameter ID PR05_CATS_APPR_OFF = 'X' in the users data.
