The system creates trip transfer documents from the accounting results in travel accounting for transfer to accounting and collects them in posting runs. These posting runs are given posting run numbers by the system. The system determines the posting run numbers via internal number assignment.
In this IMG activity, you define the number range interval needed for assignment of posting run numbers. Please only define a number range object with iternal number assignment, since you can only use internal posting run number assignment in the standard system of the Travel Management module.
Activities
Set up a number range interval under reporting type TR for internal number assignment (Value 01).
Notes for transport
You transport number range objects as follows:
Choose Interval -> Transport in the accounting document Number Range screen.
All intervals for the selected number range object are deleted in the target system first. After the import, only the intervals you export are present. The number statuses are imported with their values at the time of export.
Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
