Trip costs accounting offers the option to record employees' trips under different trip activity types (for example, seminar, course, customer visit, presentation, etc.).
In this IMG activity, you define, depending on the trip provision variant, the allowed entry values for the trip activity types and store the corresponding long names.
The trip activity type is defined using a one-place alphanumeric key.
Requirements
In the IMG activity Define trip provision variants, you need to have defined the trip provision variants for which you want to define trip activity types.

- In the trip provision variant field, specify the trip provision variant for which you want to define a trip activity type.
- In the trip activity field, assign a key for the trip type.
- Assign a long name in the following field for this key.
