Trip costs accounting enables you to scale the miles/kilometers flat rates according to miles/kilometers traveled per user-defined period.
The period parameter kilometer cumulation used to accumulate the miles/kilometers traveled by an employee is stored in the employee's Travel Privileges.
In this IMG activity, you define, depending on trip provision variant, the permitted entry values for period parameter kilometer cumulation and you store the corresponding long names.
The period parameter for miles/kms accumulation is defined using a one-place alphanumeric key.
Requirements
You need to have defined the trip provision variants for which you want to define the period parameter for miles/kms accumulation in the IMG activity Define trip provision variants. You must also have activated miles/kms accumulation in the relevant trip provision for the relevant trip provision variant.
Activities
- In the trip provision variantfield, specify the trip provision variants for which you want to define the period parameter for miles/kms accumulation.
- In the period field, assign a key for the period parameter for miles/kms accumulation.
- In the next field, assign a long name for this key.
