Via the statutory reimbursement group for meals/accommodations indicator, reimbursement rates for meals/accommodations can be reproduced for groups of employees (e.g. classification of employees according to wage groups).
Every employee can be assigned to a reimbursement group for meals/ accommodations via the infotype Travel Privileges (0017).
In this IMG activity, you define, depending on the trip provision variant, the permitted entry values for the statutory reimbursement groups for meals/accommodations and you store the corresponding long names.
The statutory reimbursement group for meals/accommodations is defined using a one-place alphanumeric key.
Requirements
In the IMG activity Define trip provision variants, you need to have defined the trip provision variants for which you want to define statutory reimbursement groups for meals/accommodations.
Activities
- In the trip provision variant field, specify the trip provision variant for which you want to define a statutory reimbursement group for meals/accommodations.
- In the statutory reimbursement group for meals/accommodations field assign a key for the statutory reimbursement group for meals/accommodations.
- In the next field, assign a long name for this key.
