In this IMG activity, you make the settings you need to display the student photo in the student file (transaction PIQST). You also define the document type for student photos.

Standard settings

The standard system uses document type PIQCOLFOTO in document class JPG. You can define additional document types in Basis Customizing under Basis Services -> ArchiveLink -> Basic Customizing -> Edit Document Types.

Activities

To activate the display of the student photo in the student file, proceed as follows:

  1. In the entry with the group CAMPU and setting PHDSP, enter the value 1.

    (Note: The value 0 deactivates photo display.)

  2. In the entry with the group CAMPU and setting PHOTO, enter the required document type.
