Use
The Business Add-In FITP_CUST_QUEUEING allows you to specify which sales office queue should be used for your travel plan, in accordance with your requirements.
You can use one or more different implementations of the BAdI for different scenarios. For example, you can place travel plans that have been changed in a different queue than new travel plans, or you can use a special (emergency) queue for last-minute and urgent travel plans (plans where the departure date is in the immediate future) so that the sales office can process them first.
Depending on the current travel plan date at the time of booking, you can specify the specific queue (with the appropriate activity) that the travel plan should be transferred to, using table TA20Q_ASG (processing types for sales office).
For more information about this BAdI, see the documentation for BAdI interface IF_EX_FITP_CUST_QUEUEING.
Requirements
Standard settings
The following passive implementations are supplied:
- emergency_queue (Check whether start of trip lies in the immediate future and determine a queue with activity 'E')
- already_booked_queue (Check whether the modifications belong to a travel plan that has already been booked and determine a queue with activity 'M')
- already_priced_queue (Check whether the flight price has already been determined for the travel plan an determine a queue with activity 'F')
- popup (The user is asked whether the booking is complete. Depending on the answer, the posting record is placed either in the queue with activity B of the fulfillment sales office with processing type Q, or in the queue with activity T of the fulfillment sales office with processing type T.)
