Use

This BAdI is called in inbound and outbound processing of cross-system messages. The call is always encapsulated by using class CL_MDKMS_KEYMAP.

In this BAdI you can define mapping of values for elements to be identified.

The key of an element that identifies an object in the system (the local key) is mapped to a global key during outbound processing. The global key is understood by both the sending system and the receiving system.

In inbound processing, the local key in the destination system is determined.
