Use
In this IMG activity you define which claim item grouping category is created by the system when you choose the relevant function code in claims processing.
Make the following settings:
- Enter the claim item grouping category that should be created on the basis of the function code.
- Define the Creation Behavior of a Claim Item Grouping
- Define the Control of Key During Creation in Claim Header.
Note: The specification in this IMG activity is dependent on the settings in IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types. That is where you specifiy the permitted claim item grouping categories for each internal claim type and possibly the subclaim type. The function code is only actually displayed if the claim item grouping category for the internal claim type and subclaim type is permitted.

Requirements
Standard settings
This table contains entries that are used by the programs in the Claims Management component. Changing or deleting entries supplied by SAP constitutes a modification to the program. Such modifications are generally not necessary and should be avoided, as they can lead to errors.
You can create new entries in the customer namespace (identifier begins with "Y" or "Z"). These usually only have an effect on the component if you program using these values in the corresponding extensions of the program.
