Use
In this IMG activity you can make various client-specific settings for SAP Claims Management :
Time-Dependent Customizing (Internal Claim Type, Policy Product, Benefit Type Tree)
By means of the Update Version field, you can make a setting so that when a claim is changed the system checks whether new versions of time-dependent Customizing exist.

Conversion of Claim Numbers
In the fields Claim Number, External -> Internal and Claim Number, Internal -> External you can enter own conversion exits for conversion of claim numbers. For more information, see:

With 'Change Claim' Always Lock Whole Claim
You can make a setting so that the whole claim is always locked as soon as you call the claim in change mode. For more information, see the documentation of data elementICL_LOCK_WHOLE_CLAIM.
Turn Off Memo Pad
You can switch off the function of Memo Pad. For more information see Claim Memo Pad Turned Off.
Conversion of Contract Numbers
In the Contract Number, External -> Internal and Contract Number, Internal -> External fields, you can enter own conversion exits for the conversion of contract numbers. For more information, see:
