Use

In this IMG activity, you define task Critical Time Windows (CTWs) for different sites, activities and processes.

The CTW is the period of time that is used in 2 different processes:

  • LSD priority value calculation. At task selection, one of the priority entities of a task's total priority is the LSD priority, whose value increases linearly from 0 to 99 during the CTW.
  • Synchronization priority boost. When a task that has related tasks is created during their CTWs, the task and its related tasks receive a synchronization priority boost according to their LSD priority values.

You have already defined the sites and activities in IMG activity General Settings for TRM.

Standard settings

Recommendation

Define the CTW correctly to ensure that the above priorities are calculated.

Activities

  1. For a specific site, choose a process or both for which the CTW applies.
  2. Choose a specific activity or enter ** in the Activity field to choose all possible activities.
  3. Enter the CTW start and end times relative to the LSD.
