Use
This Business Add-In (Add-In) is used in the Task and Resource Management (LE-TRM) component.
This Add-In enables you to modify the total system-calculated route duration according to your estimation of the duration of operations and movements within the warehouse.
To change the system-calculated duration according to your accurate durations, the Add-In refers to the following data:
Import parameters
Table IT_LPLTM (of the same structure as LPLTM database table) consisting of the following fields:
- LOCAT site number
- TASKI task number type (LTSK_TASK)
- RSTYP resource type (LTRS_RSTYP)
- GRPRF group reference (LTRM_GRPRF)
- RQITM request item (LTIF_RQITM)
- ACTIV activity node (LTSK_ACTIV)
- TTDUR total duration (LTRT_DURTN)
- User-defined structure
Export parameters
The exported table is the same as the imported one, with possible changes in the user-defined structure data and total durations.
The table IT_LPLTM is prepared by TRM functions (LTRT function group, according to the specific scenario), with all fields filled, including the total duration (estimated from the TRM perspective).
The Add-In uses the information of TRM activity, site number and storage type (which can be provided by LES by addressing the request item) in order to determine the time of operations at the source and destination points.
It includes the added durations in the user-defined structure, and changes the initial input duration accordingly.
If the Add-In returns new durations, the corresponding LTRT functions modify their routes' total durations.
Note that field TASKI is initially empty. Task Management fills this field later when choosing the desired routes.

Activities
After you call the IMG activity, the system displays a dialog box where you enter a name for the implementation.
If implementations of this Business Add-In have already been created, the system displays them in a dialog box. You then choose one of them by choosing Create, and continue as follows:
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the implementation of the Add-In and choose Create.
The system displays the initial screen for creating Business Add-In implementations. - On this screen, enter a short description for your implementation in the Implementation Short Text field.
- If you choose the Interface tab, you will notice that the system has populated the Name of the Implementing Class field automatically, by assigning a class name based on the name of your implementation.
- Save your entries and assign the Add-In to a package.
- To edit a method, double-click its name.
- Enter your implementation code between the
method <Interface Name>~<Name of Method>.
andendmethod.
statements. - Save and activate your code. Navigate back to the Change Implementation screen.
Note: You can also create an implementation for an Add-In and not activate it until later. If you want to do this, do not perform the following step: - Choose Activate.
When the application program is executed, the code you created is run through.
