Use

In this IMG activity, you define the following as logical systems in your distributed system:

  • Each auto-ID infrastructure system
  • The Exchange Infrastructure (XI) system

Requirements

You have performed the required Exchange Infrastructure (XI) System Landscape Directory customizing. For more information, see the SAP Library for Auto-ID Infrastructure.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Do the following for each of the auto-ID infrastructure systems, as well as the XI system:
    1. In the Log.System field, enter the logical system name of the auto-ID infrastructure/XI system, exactly as you defined it in the Business Landscape of the System Landscape Directory.
    2. In the Name field, enter a description for the logical system.
