With this activity you define which workflow templates should be used in which areas of the Knowledge Warehouse.
Example
In the Training (IWBTRAIN) area you want to use both the "Approval Procedure" and "Copy Editing" workflows, but in the Documentation area (IWBHELP) you only want to use the "Approval Procedure" workflow.

Activities
- Perform the activity.
- Choose Edit -> New entries.
- Select an area in field Model entity and a workflow template in field Attribute value.
- Save your entries.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 if necessary in order to enter further pairs of areas and workflows.
Further notes
The authorizations might have to be adjusted for the attribute values when a workflow template is activated. See Authorization check for Attribute Maintenance.
