With this activity you define the order in which several enhancement contexts that you created in the Knowledge Warehouse in the customer namespace and whose content you wish to display in Online Help in an application system (Application Help and SAP Library) are triggered.

To this end you enter the sequence of enhancement contexts and the release of the most specific of the contexts, that is, of the context whose content the SAP help processor will try to display first.

Example

  • You developed contents in the Knowledge Warehouse system in enhancement context /KWCUST/, Release 1.0, based on the SAP standard release 4.5B, and want to display these contents in an R/3 application system in the "Application help" or "SAP Library".

    Enter enhancement name /KWCUST/ in the topmost input field (without field label) and Release 1.0 in the enhancement release field.

  • You developed contents in the Knowledge Warehouse system in enhancement context /KWCUST/, Release 1.0 and in an enhancement context /KWCUST/2, Release 1A (which is based on /KWCUST/2, Release 1.0) and you want to display these contents in an SAP application system.

    Enter enhancement name /KWCUST/ in the uppermost input field (without field label), /KWCUST/2 in the field below it and Release 1A in the enhancement release field.

Activities

  1. Execute the activity.
  2. Enter the names of the enhancements whose contents are to be displayed starting at the top. Start with customer namespace /KWCUST/ and enter below that any further enhancements you may have created in the Knowledge Warehouse that are based on one another, ending with the most specific enhancement from which you want to display contents.
  3. In the enhancement release field, enter the release of the most specific enhancement and save your entries.
