Use
Within Cost Accounting, configuration allows the use of special valuation date for certain business transactions, with an option that this date be filled by user exit. This enhancement supports filling the special valuation date during creation of CO documents, and controlling whether direct input of the special valuation date is permitted during manual entry of activity allocation documents.

Configuration of view cluster TKSVD_VC.
Standard settings
Activities
- Implementation of the BAdI method SET_VAL_DATE is mandatory to provide the value for the special valuation date.
- Implementation of the BAdI method ALLOW_MANUAL_INPUT is optional to allow users to modify the special valuation date during transaction entry.
