In this step, you define the planning horizon, in other words how many financial budget years and how many years of cash effectivity are used in an FM area. The number of financial budget years must be at least as big as the number of cash effectivity years for this.
Note:
If you have already entered commitment budget or financial budget data, you are not allowed to reduce the number of cash effectivity years or financial budget years.
You can enter or display values for all set years in the budgeting transactions. With the component Information System, the set planning horizon can be evaluated.
Note:
The program only considers financial budget data for four years with the transfer of budget planning data to net voting.
