Use
In this IMG activity you define function profile determinations. You thereby specify which function profiles are used in creation of a payment in multiple insurance.
First of all you must specify at which level (distribution plan or distribution plan item) the function profile determination should take place.
The following attributes form the basis for this determination:
- Payment record type
- Distribution plan type
- Participation type
- Own Participation Type
- Settlement Type
- Own share indicator

Example
In coinsurance (coinsurance is the distribution plan type), disbursements (disbursement is the payment record type) need adjusting according to the shares of the participants (participation type = participant) and the settlement type (own settlement or settlement via leading insurer).
