Use

In this IMG activity you assign main transactions and sub-transactions to tax-relevant payment items. The main and sub-transactions are transferred to the collections & disbursements system and posted there.

Make the following settings:

  • Specify whether the tax category is a tax-reportable payment item
  • Assign a main transaction.

    Note:

    The system determines the value of the Sub-transaction field. In the first byte the value is either 1 or 0.

    1 means: The tax category is reportable.

    0 means: The tax category is not reportable.

If the system does not find any matching entry in the table, it uses the main and sub-transactions that you defined in IMG activity Define Standard Data for FS-CD Document.

Requirements

You have executed IMG activity Define Tax Group Combinations.

You have executed IMG activity Define Tax Categories.

You have already defined the combinations of main and sub-transactions in the collections & disbursements system.
