Use

In this IMG activity you define the possible reasons for interruption periods in health and care insurance.

Make the following settings for a reason for interruption periods:

  • Key of reason
  • Name of reason
  • Specify whether the reason can be valid as alternative evidence for a care review visit.

In IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types you define the following for each internal claim type at claim header level:

  • Under Permitted Participant Roles for Interruption Periods:

    The permitted participant roles for which you can enter an interruption period in claims processing.

  • Under Permitted Interruption Reasons

    The permitted reasons for interruption periods

In claims processing you can enter interruptions at claim header level on the Interruptions tab page at claim header level. For each participant in a permitted participant role you can enter the relevant interruption periods and the relevant reasons for the interruption.
