Use

Defines the basic parameters that connect the claims system to the Organizational Management (OM) and workflow systems.

These entries are used from the exemplary delivery of procssing clerk assignment. The concrete implementation of processing clerk determination takes place in the implementation of the ICL_DSPTCHR_ASSMNT BAdI. This implementation accesses the entries that are to be maintained here.

Requirements

You want to use processing clerk assignment mechanisms in the claims system. OM has been configured.

Activities

Make the appropriate entries.

1. Claim line of business: Enter the claim line of business here, for which the current line is to be valid. If the field remains empty, the line is valid for all lines of business.

2. Contact person role: Not currently used.

3. Dispatcher role: Enter a workflow role here, which defines the assignment to your dispatchers. You can align yourself with role 20700006, for example.

4. Contact person position: Not currently used.

5. Dispatcher position: Every dispatcher in your organization must have a position that is described by the dispatcher position (in OM terms). The dispatcher position that you define is entered here.

6. Claim handler position: See dispatcher position.

7. Local root: Your organizational structure normally has a tree structure. In this field, enter the organizational unit (object category O) that marks the root of the subtree, in which all possible processing clerks, dispatchers, and so on, can be found.

Note: For security reasons, you should enter a line with valid entries, which is neutral in terms of the line of business.
