Use

In the IMG activity Configure Tasks, Log Entries, and Activities you can store a priority for each task. If two or more tasks are created in a claim, the system only creates a work item for the tasks with the highest priority and displays only these tasks in the workflow inbox of the relevant user.

If you want all tasks (including those tasks with a lower priority) to be displayed in the user's inbox, set the Ignore Priorities indicator in this IMG activity. This indicator is then valid for all tasks in a client.
