Use
In this IMG activity you define the possible claim handler groups for defining screen sequences.
Note: Do not define any claim handler groups if the screen sequences used should only depend on the internal claim type and processing mode, but not on a claim handler group.
You define which users belong to a claim handler group in one of the following IMG activities:
- Assign User to a Claim Handler Group (Individual Processing
- Assign User to a Claim Handler Group (Mass Processing)
Assign the claim handler groups defined here to an internal claim type. In the same IMG activity, define the permitted screen sequences for this combination of claim handler group and internal claim type. The IMG activity in which you make this assignment to the internal claim type and specify the screen sequences depends on the processing mode:
- For Expert Mode, you make the assignment in IMG activity Internal Claim Type: Specify Claim Handler Group and Screen Sequences for Expert Mode
- For the other processing modes you make the assignment in IMG activity Internal Claim Type: Specify Claim Handler Group and Screen Sequences for Other Processing Modes
Note: In IMG activity Define Display Profiles for Each Claim Handler Group you can also make settings for display in claims processing for each claim handler group and processing mode.
