Use
In this IMG activity you define the reasons for changing a status.
Note: These change reasons are only relevant for the statuses Claim Status and Subclaim Status, not for other statuses in a claim such as Payment Status, or Litigation Status.
Here you can define change reasons for all claim or subclaim statuses defined in IMG activity Enhance Status (such as claim closure reasons, reasons for No Claim Made, reasons for reopening a claim).
Note: Set the Subclaim indicator to enable you to use the change reason as a reason for changing a subclaim status.
In IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types, specify per internal claim type which change reasons are permitted for a claim status or subclaim status. You do this at claim header level for the change reasons for the claim status, and at subclaim level for the change reasons for the subclaim status. If you want to change the claim status or subclaim status during claims processing, the change reasons defined here for the relevant claim or subclaim status are displayed. You must select a reason from this list.
