In this IMG activity you define the possible type of relationship between a claimant or witness and the policyholder.

Make the following settings for each relationship type:

  • Key
  • Name

On the Claimant or Witness screens in claims processing you can enter the relationship type of the claimant or the witness to the policyholder in the Relationship to PH field. In the F4 input help the system displays the relationship types that you defined in this IMG activity.

You can use these specifications for fraud detection.
